Striker volunteers walked in the parade. The players performed practice maneuvers to the delight of the crowd. The float received the Grand Marshall Award for originality. Bob Jankowski pulled the unit with his truck. Marty Briggs, the float designer, rode inside the box. He spun the ball and manned the music. Mary Wolff, widow of hero firefighter Arnie Wolff, daughter Kathryn, along with V. P. of the Strikers John Kehl, rode the float.
More Float Pictures And Details Found On Marty's Facebook
I didn't want to take up more room on our website for the float. More pictures of float construction and the parade days activities maybe found at Marty Briggs' facebook page: http://www.facebook.com/home.php?ref=home#/profile.php?ref=profile&id=100000276622638

Green Bay Strikers Soccer Club President Hard At Work
Green Bay Strikers President Joe Westberg finds himself buried in Packer fan seats. Because of his efforts along with the parents, players, firemen and others working hard at different projects this year, the Strikers will be able to put in over $3000 towards the completion of the Arnie Wolff Soccer Complex this year. After the concession stand is completed the club could make over $12000 a year to reduce or maintain lower registration costs.
When It Came To Seat Pickup Or Seat Sales It Was Eric And Jessie!
The Strikers Sold seats at Lambeau twice and picked seats up once as projects other than ticket scanning at Lambeau Field. Special Thanks to all those volunteers involved and Eric and Jessie from the PMI organization for making the job fun!
